The HH Team
The Hybrid Hardware team is a dynamic mix of talented young computer and business specialists trained to provide exemplary customer engagement and service. Founded in 2015, Hybrid Hardware specialises in the repurposing of recycled electronics and server equipment. From the beginning, we have strived to provide affordable technology, reduce waste, and meet the needs of local and national businesses. Every day, we work one-on-one with our customers to ensure everyone receives high quality products and services at an even better price.
We saved over 45,000 kilograms of CO2 by refurbishing 3000+ products in 2018
David graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2015 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Economics). Whilst studying, he co-founded and managed the PCs for Refugees Club, repairing and donating computers to refugees.
Continuing his passion, David founded Hybrid Hardware to begin working full-time on refurbishing electronics and solving the problem of e-waste. This has evolved over four years of operation into the team you see today!
Hamish is a passionate graphic designer, photographer and student studying Computer Science at the University of Western Australia. Building his first computer at the age of 8 from parts found in verge collections, he has developed a love for the intricacies of digital technology.
Hamish focuses on aspects of marketing and design within the company, maintaining HH’s social media presence, running the e-Commerce platform, and is responsible for all creative media projects.
Brandon is studying Electronic Music & Sound Design and Data Science at the University of Western Australia. Growing up he collected and re-purposed redundant tech into healthy and functional PCs for personal use. Brandon joined Hybrid Hardware in 2017 to continue his work, and has been a valuable team member since.
Brandon works in logistics and management, ensuring we can deliver the fastest, most professional service to meet our client needs over multiple e-Commerce platforms. He optimises our inventory management, improves protocols, and communicates with our customers to provide the best service possible.
In his spare time, Brandon does work for the Bucking Bull Redundancy Foundation™, providing much needed financial support to the past and present workers of the Bucking Bull franchise in Australia.
